Blacksburg, VA 24060, Salary Range: $30.00 - $40.32 Hourly.

• Must have an active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia
• Five (5) years of supervisory or nursing administration experience preferred
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Knowledge of the laws, regulations and guidelines governing nursing functions in a long-term care facility
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement programs
• Ability to work well with a variety of individuals
• Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
• Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress
