About the Role

As a Groundskeeper at Fieldstone in Blacksburg, VA
, you'll be the heartbeat of our community's curb appeal and cleanliness. Our team is dedicated to helping further the skills and attributes required to be a successful member of our maintenance team. Through our training and mentorship program, The Park Academy, we will help build those with positive and eager‑to‑learn attitudes to grow and succeed.

No experience required - just a positive, eager‑to‑learn attitude!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain beautiful grounds and common areas
• Remove litter and debris
• Assist with turnover cleaning and painting
• Support the maintenance team with various tasks
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical activities (bending, kneeling, climbing ladders/stairs, reaching above shoulders, grasping/gripping/turning, lifting/carrying equipment, supplies, and other materials, etc.)
• Commitment to our values of professionalism, customer service, and teamwork
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and committed to high performance in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
