- Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead management to qualify and market to potential customers.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe optional equipment available for purchase.
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Deliver messages for other sales personnel and departments quickly.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and follow company standards in the sales process.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Ability to maintain a high-energy, hardworking attitude throughout the workday.
- Positive, eager-to-improve mentality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team setting.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Attention to detail in follow-through and closing skills.
