Sales Director | NRV Market

Ballpark Signs is hiring a Sales Director focused on signage, branding, and sponsorship programs. This role develops relationships with local businesses, schools, teams, and organizations to provide signage solutions and sponsor visibility programs.

This is a relationship-driven sales role supported by our in-house production, design, and fulfillment teams. You will help clients choose the right signage products, branding packages, and sponsor programs while managing accounts from first contact through order approval.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable building business relationships in person and through outreach.

• Prospect and develop new business accounts
• Visit local businesses, schools, and organizations
• Present signage and branding solutions
• Sell sponsor banner and recognition programs
• Generate quotes using the BPS Quote System
• Follow up on leads and open quotes
• Manage client relationships from first contact through approval
• Coordinate with design and production teams
• Track pipeline and activity in the system
• Attend local events and networking opportunities
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with in-person sales conversations
• Strong computer and web app skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-directed and goal-driven
• Ability to manage multiple active accounts
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Willingness to learn signage and sponsor product lines

• Outside sales experience
• Signage or print industry background
• School, sports, or sponsor sales experience
