Transport residents throughout covered service area (Blacksburg & Christiansburg).Provide assistance required to safely board residents and caregivers, with limited mobility, including wheelchairs.
Must be reliable and capable of working independently, excellent time management skills
16 hours per par period as a PRN status
Working evenings/weekends
Education and Experience:
Must hold a currently valid driver's license and have an excellent driving record.
Previous passenger transport experience NOT required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, push, pull and bend, with full range of body motion to perform considerable reaching, stooping, and bending.
Hearing and vision abilities within normal range (corrected) to drive safely and to observe and communicate with passengers.
Exposure to a variety of weather conditions.
