A primary school in the Hengoed area is seeking an inspiring full‑time Teaching Assistant. Experience in Additional Learning Needs (ALN) is essential for this role.

We are looking for a dedicated candidate with passion, commitment, and relevant experience to support our pupils’ educational journey.

The Successful Teaching Assistant Will Demonstrate:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification and/or a minimum of six months’ experience within an educational setting
• A calm, patient, and caring demeanour
• Excellent communication skills
• A sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures
• Experience supporting pupils on a one‑to‑one and small group basis

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two professional references.
