At KX Pilates St Marys & Blackwood
, we’re building a team of trainers who are memorable, not because they’re loud or flashy, but because they genuinely care.

We’re looking for someone who wants to leave a mark. Someone clients remember as “the trainer who made me feel safe, strong and capable.”

You believe in it because you’ve seen what it can do. Maybe it even changed your life at some point.

You care about doing things well. You’re coachable, open to feedback, and always looking to improve even just by 1%. You understand that consistency, connection and community matter just as much as cueing and choreography.

And you’re not here for the short term. You want to grow, develop your craft, and be part of something that’s built to last.

• You must be a fully qualified Reformer Pilates instructor.
• You bring warm, encouraging energy to every class.
• You love building relationships before and after class, not just teaching and leaving.
• You’re a team player who contributes to studio culture (team catch-ups and events are part of the fun, not a chore).
• You’re available for weekend classes.

You’ll potentially teach across both the St Marys and Blackwood studios.

This is a casual role, with opportunities for more classes as the studios continue to grow.
