Position: Infant Speech and Language Teacher in Special Resource Base
Location: Tir-y-Berth

Tir-y-Berth Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled teacher to work within our Infant Speech and Language Base. This specialist provision supports young learners with significant speech, language and communication needs, helping them to develop the skills and confidence required to access learning and achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will be committed to inclusive practice, work closely with families and multi-agency professionals, and create engaging, nurturing learning experiences that promote communication, independence and well-being for every child.

Interviews will be held on Thursday 5th November.

Start date:

1st January 2027 (pending pre-employment and safeguarding checks)

  • Qualified teacher status and current EWC registration.
  • Evidence of successful relevant teaching experience including teaching practice.
  • The ability to establish good relationships and work in partnership with other staff, governors, parents and other stakeholders.
