Yolk Recruitment is recruiting a senior Electrical Engineer to join a market‑leading manufacturing company in South Wales.
With significant investment over the last 3 years, the company is looking to fill an additional Electrical Engineer position.
ResponsibilitiesWork 3‑shift pattern taking control of a busy manufacturing area covering all aspects of electrical machinery breakdown and upgrades.
- Maintain production area equipment in line with schedules and specifications to ensure reliability and reduce breakdowns
- Test, fault‑find and repair equipment
- Set machine parameters to achieve maximum output
- Identify recurring problems with equipment or machinery and implement corrective procedures
- Maintain equipment to ensure fit for purpose
- Minimum of a C&G or BTEC in Electrical Engineering
- 2 years manufacturing experience, preferably in an FMCG site
A competitive salary up to £43,000, health cover, death in service and pension.
