The Best Connection is partnering with a reputable domiciliary care company to find compassionate and reliable Evening Domiciliary Care Workers. If you have a passion for helping others, a UK licence with access to your own vehicle, and are committed to providing high-quality care, we want to hear from you!

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication.
• Help with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their independence and well‑being.
• Ensure all care is provided in line with individual care plans, and maintain accurate records of visits and activities.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care.

• Must have at least 6 months of care experience.
• Registered with Social Care Wales.
• Access to your own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  weekly rota, 4PM - 10PM
• Mileage: 0.35p
