Starting Salary Circa £42,200, Progression to £44,500 expected within a year, further progression to £46,600 (including shift allowance)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 3-shift pattern (earlies, afternoons, nights)

We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a successful, international FMCG manufacturing company. You'll be part of a skilled maintenance engineering team, working in a modern, high-tech production environment where training and career progression are genuinely supported.

• Carry out maintenance, both planned (PPM) and reactive.
• Diagnose and repair faults on production machinery.
• Support installation, modification, and improvement of mechanical systems.
• Work closely with production teams to reduce breakdowns and improve performance.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to company standards.

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering.
• Proven experience in fault finding and maintenance.
• Previous work in a production, manufacturing, or FMCG environment.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Basic electrical knowledge (advantageous but not essential).

• Starting salary:
  Circa £42,200 starting salary
