Hoop Recruitment LTD is seeking an Employability Officer to cover Blackwood, Cwmbran and Newport. The role is permanent, full-time with a 35-hour week, paying £25,000–£27,000.
You’ll act as the key link between employers, participants and internal teams, creating sustainable job opportunities and guiding young people and unemployed adults into the workplace. You’ll build employer networks and ensure placements meet programme requirements.
