Pay Range: Base pay ranges from $15.00 to $15.81 per hour, depending on job duty and position.

Retail Warehouse & Production Associates create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. This role includes duties such as sorting, tagging, grading, and material handling across departments such as Clothing, Bed & Bath, Books, Furniture, Jewelry, etc.

• Sorting and organizing merchandise by category.
• Tagging and pricing items for sale.
• Grading clothing and hardware for quality control.
• Handling materials and inventory for store replenishment.
• Collaborating with team members to support store operations and customer service.
