Finance Manager

Blue Arrow are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business in Blaenavon for an experienced Finance Manager to join their busy finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional looking to take ownership of key financial processes while working closely with senior management to support strategic business decisions.

💷 £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

🕒 Permanent | Full-Time | Office-Based

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly management accounts
Profit & loss reporting and financial analysis
Budget preparation and variance reporting
Cash flow management and forecasting
VAT returns and financial compliance
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Credit control and debtor management
General ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations
Payroll processing
Preparation of weekly and monthly supplier and contractor payment runs
Providing financial reporting and insight to support business performance

What We're Looking For:

AAT qualified, ACA or ACCA part-qualified, fully qualified, or qualified by experience
Previous experience within a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or Company Accountant position
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Experience using Sage 50
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider management team Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday: 08:15 - 17:00
Friday: 08:15 - 15:00
