Fabrication Welder, Blaenavon, £30,000-£36,000 per annum, permanent. Our client, an established engineering manufacturer, seeks a skilled Fabricator Welder for their production team.
The Role Fabrication and welding of mild steel and stainless steel components MIG, TIG and MMA welding Reading and interpreting engineering drawings Operating fabrication machinery including guillotines and press brakes Grinding, finishing and quality checking completed products Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
Responsibilities- Fabrication and welding of mild steel and stainless steel components MIG, TIG and MMA welding
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Operating fabrication machinery including guillotines and press brakes
- Grinding, finishing and quality checking completed products
- Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
- Previous fabrication and welding experience
- Skilled in MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience with in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- Permanent, full-time position
