Fast Paced, Progressive, Well Established, and Collaborative Dental Kidds is looking to add a Pediatric Dentist to step into a well-established and respected dental practice. We have 4 clinics located in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin and provide the highest dental care to our young patients while creating a supportive work environment. Responsibilities:

Examine and diagnose dental conditions in children and adolescents.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Perform preventive treatments such as fluoride applications, sealants, and cleanings.

Conduct restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and other dental work.

Communicate effectively with children and their families to educate them about oral hygiene and preventive care.

Employ behavior management techniques to ensure a positive dental experience for children.

Address and alleviate any dental anxieties or fears.

Utilize specialized dental tools and equipment tailored for pediatric care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Collaborate with dental assistants and other healthcare professionals.

Manage appointment schedules and follow-up care.

Stay current with advances in pediatric dentistry through continuous education and training.

Adhere to best practices and ethical standards in pediatric dental care.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

Completion of a pediatric dental residency program.

State dental license to practice dentistry.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with children.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and caregivers.

Compensation:

$200,000 - $450,000 yearly
