Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr
. Pay is based on skills and experience. Flexible shifts with next-day pay available. Senior Helpers North Metro serves clients in Andover, Anoka, Blaine, Coon Rapids, Champlin, Circle Pines, Elk River, Ham Lake, Lino Lakes, Otsego, Ramsey, and surrounding areas.

If you have experience in home care, senior living, assisted living, or healthcare—or simply have a passion for helping others—we’d love to hear from you.

• Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meals, etc.)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Bring joy to the lives of seniors every day
• Report completed activities and provide updates on clients’ physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
• Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy caring for others
• Must pass a MNDHS Background Study and Motor Vehicle Record Check

• Experience in caregiving and/or certification in CNA, PCA, HHA, RN, LPN, LVN, etc.
