Adara Home Health, Inc. in Blaine, MN, seeks an Intake Coordinator to liaison with referral sources, respond to referrals, and coordinate the provision of home care services. You will help ensure uninterrupted continuing medical care for clients at home and assist with inquiries for effective care.
Position reports to the Area Manager and is in-office, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a benefit package including PTO, 401(k), and health insurance options.
