Foundry​/Production Workers: Greensand Molder​/Melter

Job Overview

We are hiring for a Greensand Molder Melter foundry production position. Top pay is offered, and we are willing to waive the 2‑year minimum experience requirement. Mechanical inclination is required.

• Mechanical inclination.
• Ability to work in our foundry manufacturing facility.
• No minimum 2‑year experience requirement.

• Operate production equipment (BMM, Squeezer, Roto Lift).
• Produce quality greensand molds.
• Metal pourer responsibilities – hand‑pour molten aluminum into sand molds.
• Use a computer for training & work instructions.
• Follow all processes and procedures for the Greensand Molder Melter foundry production job.

• Permanent 2nd shift: 2 pm – 10 pm Monday–Friday.
• Training on 1st shift: 6 am – 2 pm.
• Shift differential: $1.00.
