M&D also stocks a complete assortment of turbos (new and remanufactured), in‑frame overhaul kits, filtration and aftertreatment parts including DPFs, DOCs, EGRs, sensors and other engine parts. Our strong remanufacturing roots combined with our 41 branch locations, a nationwide outside sales team of 25 and our close OEM & Manufacturer partnerships make us unique in the industry – no one understands diesel engine failure analysis and parts better than M&D.

The Warehouse Associate is efficient and reliable, with experience in inventory management, stocking, labeling, and material handling. This person is committed to maintaining an organized and accurate work environment.

• Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels and assist with inventory reconciliation and reporting.
• Stock and restock shelves with incoming products, ensuring proper placement, rotation, and visibility according to inventory standards.
• Organize and maintain parts inventory in an orderly manner to facilitate quick access, improve workflow efficiency, and support operational needs.
• Label parts bins clearly and accurately to ensure proper identification and traceability of all stored items.
• Transport parts between storage containers and the parts room with care and adherence to safety protocols.
• Break down and dispose of cardboard boxes and packaging materials in accordance with recycling and waste management procedures.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment background and drug screening.
• Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.

• Ability to repeat motions.

• Ability to lift objects to shoulder level.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs.

• Warehouse environment with exposure to dirt, dust, and loud noise.
