We are now hiring for our Drysand Molder or Core Machine Operator foundry production job position offering TOP PAY! Our opportunity may just be the right fit for you.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2‑year experience requirement waived.
  • Mechanical inclination.
  • Ability to work in a foundry manufacturing facility.
Requirements
  • Operate production equipment.
  • Operate industrial machinery that produces sand cores & molds according to process for the production of aluminum castings.
  • Operate a computer to access training & work instructions.
  • Follow all processes and procedures for the Drysand Molder/Core Machine Operator job.
  • Self‑motivated, detail oriented, dependable, with a good attendance record and a positive attitude.
  • Position is permanent on 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday) with training completed on 1st shift (6:00 am – 2:00 pm).
Shift Hours
  • 1st shift (training): 6:00 am – 2:00 pm.
  • 2nd shift (regular): 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm.
  • Shift differential: $1.00 per hour.
Pay
  • $24.25 to $28.25 per hour depending on qualifications.
  • $1.00 shift differential.
