CNC Machinist HAAS Lathe/Mill

Location: Blaine, Minnesota

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Pay: $28.00 to $33.00

Shift: Flexible 1st Shift, Pick Your Hours (Mon – Fri, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM, up to 10 hours per day, non‑overtime)

An established precision metalworking manufacturer is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self‑motivated individual who enjoys hands‑on, detailed work in a clean, air‑conditioned, and well‑organized environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience setting up, operating, and editing programs on HAAS CNC Lathes or Mills, and be confident working independently from engineering drawings or verbal instructions.

• Set up, operate, and produce precision parts using HAAS CNC Lathes (and Mills as needed).
• Verify, adjust, and edit CNC programs to ensure part accuracy and efficiency.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work independently and meet production goals with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold quality standards and continuous improvement efforts.

• Minimum 1 year of experience running a HAAS CNC Lathe or Mill.
• Proven ability to set up, operate, and edit programs independently.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in the use of precision measurement tools.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and accountability.
• Reliable, self‑directed, and committed to quality and teamwork.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and support others.

• Pay: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
