Turret Operator

We are looking for a dependable Turret Operator/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate fabrication equipment to produce quality parts according to customer specifications while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

What You’ll Do:

Operate manual and automatic fabrication equipment.

Read and understand blueprints, job cards, and work instructions.

Position, align, and secure work pieces using fixtures, jigs, and machine stops.

Measure finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, templates, and rulers.

Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements.

Identify and report parts that do not meet specifications.

Communicate production, quality, safety, and inventory concerns to the appropriate team member.

Complete required inspection records, check sheets, and quality documentation.

Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work area.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

One year of related manufacturing experience or training preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Basic arithmetic skills.

Ability to read and understand work instructions and manufacturing documents.

Ability to inspect parts for quality, appearance, and conformance to specifications.

Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Ability to safely operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Manual dexterity and ability to perform precise, repetitive movements.

Ability to stand and move around equipment for approximately 95% of the workday.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.; lifting aids are available for heavier items.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may include oil, grease, and noise.
