Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a significant part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store attractively, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer return, utilizing product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor
• Operate the register, process sales, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram changes and store merchandising
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Perform any other activities assigned by the Store Leader

• Previous retail experience, especially if you love music and pop culture
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay Range: $11.15 - $11.65 per hour
