Job Summary

The primary responsibility of our Inside
Sales Representative is to profitably grow the Company’s residential business within our service area . This business unit includes residential municipal solid waste (trash), recycling, and organic waste collection and disposal services. This is a Hunter vs. a Farmer role, requiring someone with an aggressive and determined personality to grow our residential business. This is not a telemarketing position, and we do not believe that solutions are a one-size-fits-all .

• Employees operate standard office equipment including telephone, headset, computer, computer monitors, keyboard, mouse, and copier/scanner. Physical tasks of job include walking , sitting, standing, and bending. Work is performed in a climate-controlled environment. This is a customer forward facing position and may require face to face interaction, online video calls, and meeting with customers in /outside of the office. The employee must always represent Walters in a professional manner .
  
  Walters can assist by providing some branded apparel to attain a business casual dress code for this sales-based position .
