Inside Sales Representative

The primary responsibility of our Inside
Sales Representative is to profitably grow the Company’s residential business within our service area. This business unit includes residential municipal solid waste (trash), recycling, and organic waste collection and disposal services. This is a Hunter vs. a Farmer role, requiring someone with an aggressive and determined personality to grow our residential business. This is not a telemarketing position, and we do not believe that solutions are a one-size-fits-all.

• Sales Activity: I ncluding identifying leads, preparing price quotations, managing Sales Stryke funnel, fostering leads Customer Experience Representatives identify as prospects, answering new start customer inquiries via phone/email, and selling new, profitable services to customers.
• Pricing and Retention Activity:
  Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor pricing, information, trends, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Customer Onboarding:
  Input all new starts and prospects into Tower, provide new customers with Welcome packet, schedule container delivery, and ensure a smooth transition to becoming a Walters customer
• Relationship Management:
  Respond to emails/calls for residential new starts, identify and communicate solutions for customers with the goal of achieving c customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationship and community involvement networking.
• Collaboration with Other Departments:
  Work closely with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to align strategies and achieve overall company goals.
• Other duties as assigned

• 2 Years’ experience in a customer-facing role such as sales/account management and/or customer service.

• Employees operate standard office equipment including telephone, headset, computer, computer monitors, keyboard, mouse, and copier/scanner. Physical tasks of job include walking, sitting, standing, and bending. Work is performed in a climate-controlled environment. This is a customer forward facing position and may require face to face interaction, online video calls, and meeting with customers in /outside of the office. The employee must always represent Walters in a professional manner.
  
  Walters can assist by providing some branded apparel to attain a business casual dress code for this sales-based position.
