We are a Minnesota based family-owned business with an opening at our Capacity Truck facility in Blaine, MN. We are looking for a Diesel Technician for our Capacity Truck Shop. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has mechanical aptitude, (experience as a truck mechanic preferred) , and has a strong work ethic.

Monday
- Friday, 1st Shift, 7am- 5pm

• Performs repairs/services on spotter diesel trucks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, disassemble vehicles and examine parts for defects and excessive wear.
• Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.
• Inspect the overall condition to ensure it meets U.S. Department of Transportation's safety requirements.
• Compile inspection reports detailing their findings
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Ensure the final work product meets quality standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and co-workers

Our other location is in Clearwater, Minnesota. Although a smaller facility, it offers quality truck and trailer services you expect from any one of our locations.
