Join People Incorporated Mental Health Services as an Independent Living Skills Coach.

This is an entry‑level position responsible for providing a supportive environment for clients. Responsibilities include person‑centered engagement and interventions, medication administration, and general program oversight and safety.

Mornings – Full‑time and part‑time available.

Anchor House – 1593 Hewitt Ave, St. Paul.

$22.00/hr – $24.00/hr. $2/hr shift differential for Monday‑Friday evening shift only.

• Document interactions with clients into the organization’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) and, if applicable, program‑specific documentation systems.
• Prepare, serve, and clear client/program meals in accordance with program scheduling, sanitation, nutrition, and safety standards.
• Administer medication in accordance with organization and program policies and procedures.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and general cleanliness of client homes, programs, and workstations, conducting regular room checks throughout the facility.
• Support individuals in mental health management by identifying coping skills, practicing coping skills, and exploring alternative methods.
