Heading Home Corps is seeking a Housing Resource Navigator in Minnesota to help Minnesotans facing homelessness find safe, stable housing. You’ll meet participants regularly, guide them through resources, and develop action plans with tailored support.
This Ameri Corps role offers training, ongoing professional development, and a biweekly stipend. You will build community connections and share your experience to strengthen housing advocacy and access to social services.
