Overview

Delivery Station Customer Service Associate is a full-time role based in Maple Grove, MN. The position involves delivering parts and/or products to customers, handling COD deliveries, and processing returns. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Base pay range: $11.13/hr - $20.00/hr

Compensation Pay Range $11.13 - $20.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance pay, or premiums that may be paid in amounts per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.
• Keep vehicles clean and maintained; complete daily vehicle inspections prior to operating.
• Secure all vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet cards, handheld devices, and monies collected at all times.
• Pickup customer returns (new, warranty, cores, etc.) and fill out driver return slip.
• Communicate problems or special customer needs to store management; report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage to the store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and lock/secure the vehicle at end of day; clock in/out per company policy.
• Assist with customer service, merchandising, stocking, running errands, and other duties as assigned; may serve as cashier when business dictates.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards (14/18-point system).
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company driving eligibility requirements.

• Familiarity with automotive parts.
• Ability to operate other light store equipment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
