Nature's Path in Blaine, WA is seeking a Production Shift Lead to oversee planning, scheduling, coordination and hands-on support on the production floor during the Pink shift (6 AM–6:30 PM). This role partners with internal and external customers to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.
You will mentor crew, track performance, enforce GMP/SOP/LEAN, conduct safety walks, manage data, and assist with maintenance and audits while maintaining cost-conscious production.
