In this role, you'll help create high-quality products in a clean, fast-paced food manufacturing environment while ensuring food safety, and production goals are consistently met. Job Title: Baking Crew
Location: Blaine, WA
Pay Range: $18.50 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
What's the Job?- Work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced bakery production environment.
- Perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods while maintaining production speed.
- Ensure all products meet defined quality and food safety standards.
- Receive cross-training in various bakery roles to expand your skills and help the team succeed.
- Use excellent hand and finger dexterity to meet production targets.
- Willingness to learn and rotate through different bakery tasks.
- Team-first attitude and good communication skills.
- Dependable attendance and a positive, can-do mindset.
- Ability to follow food safety and quality expectations consistently.
- Stable schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM - Clean, safe, food-focused facility with clear standards.
