Job Title:

Student Pastor for grades 6–12 at Reach Church in Blair, Nebraska. The role oversees ministry to a vibrant community of approximately 150–200 students and leads a team of over 40 volunteers weekly. The position includes program oversight, event planning, discipleship, and creating an engaging atmosphere where youths encounter Jesus. The aim is to inspire growth, energy, and impactful relationships by aligning the student ministry with a fresh vision that equips and partners with stakeholders to guide the next generation in their faith journey.

Bring expertise in preaching, teaching, event planning, and recruitment to positively impact the lives of young individuals at Reach Church.

• Oversee ministry for grades 6–12, nurturing a vibrant student community.
• Lead a team of over 40 volunteers on a weekly basis.
• Provide program oversight, plan events, and cultivate discipleship within the student ministry.
• Create an engaging atmosphere where youths encounter Jesus.
• Inspire growth and meaningful relationships by executing a fresh vision and partnering with stakeholders to guide the next generation in faith.
• Utilize preaching, teaching, event planning, and recruitment to empower and mobilize volunteers and participants.
• Incorporate attractional elements to draw young people into engaging experiences within the church community.
• Proficiently use software tools such as Pro Presenter, CCB, and social media to engage and manage youth content.
