**** Join us as our new Mechanical Reliability Specialist II
** In this role, you will support SAP-PM coordination, maintenance strategies, and reliability initiatives.  You’ll also provide technical assistance across the production facility, lead local projects, and collaborate with vendors to improve equipment performance.
** In this role you'll make an impact by:
*** Suggesting, planning, and developing changes to the Blair preventative maintenance program and corresponding equipment.
* Actively supporting the maintenance training and development programs.
* Leading problem-solving efforts on critical equipment issues.
* Owning maintenance compliance programs to assure compliance with state and federal safety regulations.
* Leading continuous improvement efforts via active participation in performance boards and using structured problem-solving tools.
* Supporting the maintenance execution team by leading working groups on large scale and long-term initiatives.
** To succeed you must hold:
*** High School Diploma or equivalent / AS degree preferred
* 5+ years of maintenance and equipment experience
* Advanced mechanical aptitude
* Working knowledge of sitewide P&
* Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power point, SAP, etc.)
* Physical ability to move about the processing areas including but not limited to: climbing stairs & ladders, using PPE, and working at heights
