What do we offer?Monthly Guarantee Pay While Training: During the training period, you will receive a guaranteed base pay each month. This ensures financial stability while you are learning the skills and processes required for the role.
Uncapped Commission Earnings: There is no limit to how much you can earn in commission. Your income is directly tied to your performance, so the more you sell (or achieve specified sales targets), the more you earn.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and wants and offer the right vehicles.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
- Meet and exceed personal and dealership sales targets.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and industry trends.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers.
- Sales experience preferred but not required.
- Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with CRM, email campaigns, social media, and online sales platforms. - Time Management:
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. - Great attention to detail and organization: remembering customer preferences, tracking deal details, following up on leads.
