Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and wants and offer the right vehicles.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Meet and exceed personal and dealership sales targets.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and industry trends.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers.
Qualifications
  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Comfortable with CRM, email campaigns, social media, and online sales platforms.
  • Time Management:
    Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Great attention to detail and organization: remembering customer preferences, tracking deal details, following up on leads.
  • Excellent communication
    • Empathy:
      Understand and relate to customer needs.
    • Problem-Solving:
      Provide solutions to customer issues.
    • Patience:
      Build trust without pressuring buyers.
  • Networking:
    Build a network of contacts and leverage it for long-term success.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented:
    Focused on hitting monthly quotas or sales targets.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays.
Requirements
  • Attach an updated professional resume.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
