Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and wants and offer the right vehicles.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
  • Meet and exceed personal and dealership sales targets.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and industry trends.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers.
Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Tech-Savvy:

  • Time Management:
    Managing multiple leads, appointments, follow-ups, and administrative tasks requires strong organizational skills. A good salesperson prioritizes tasks efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Great attention to detail and organization: whether it's remembering a customer's preferences, tracking details of a deal, or following up on a lead, paying attention to the small things can make a big difference in the sales process.

    The ability to understand and relate to your customers' needs and desires.

    Customers may encounter issues or questions that require you to think on your feet and offer solutions that help them feel valued.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays.
