Site Manager

Kenton Black are recruiting for a permanent Site Manager vacancy based in Perthshire, Scotland.

Our client, a well-established house builder with a strong reputation across the region, is seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to oversee the delivery of new-build residential developments. If you excel in leading site operations, maintaining high construction standards, and driving projects forward safely and efficiently, this role offers an excellent long-term opportunity—with a competitive salary of £48,000–£52,000 per annum, plus company van and fuel card or car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of the build
- Lead and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and on-site labour
- Ensure all works meet NHBC and company quality standards
- Maintain strong health & safety practices, including inductions and toolbox talks
- Monitor progress against programme and drive timely delivery
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Uphold excellent customer service throughout the build process

What You Bring:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential house building
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of build processes, quality standards, and compliance
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
