Do you have experience in logistics, supply chain or customer service?
We're looking for a Customer Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our team in Perth and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products from our suppliers through to our customers.
The Role
Office based role working closely with our commercial and procurement teams, you'll take responsibility for coordinating customer orders and deliveries, acting as a key point of contact for customers and helping ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organising & coordinating deliveries with suppliers, manufacturers, hauliers and customers.
- Monitoring orders and delivery schedules, proactively resolving any issues.
- Handling customer enquiries and providing timely updates on orders and deliveries.
- Preparing and managing delivery documentation, including transport and customs paperwork.
- Identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency and costs.
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a supply chain, logistics or customer service role.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems (ideally SAP) or order management systems.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or distribution would be advantageous.
We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, takes ownership, has great attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a small team.
