We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a main contractor based in Bournemouth on a stadia project. Due to the scale of the project, the company are now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.
About the roleAs Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a project valued at around £85m looking after large subcontractor packages such as groundworks and MEP.
Key Responsibilities- Manage subcontract procurement
- Manage subcontractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
- Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
- Deal with final accounts
- Have a HNC / degree in construction-based field
- Have administered JCT form of contract
- Must have the full right to work in the UK
- Must live within commutable distance to Bournemouth
- Salary:
Up to £70k - Company Car / Car Allowance
