As a Customer Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
Processing customer orders accurately using the company ERP system.
Handling incoming calls professionally, identifying customer needs, providing updates, and upselling where appropriate.
Managing all customer communication including email, web, live chat, and CRM activity.
Producing quotations and supporting opportunity management in the CRM system.
Building strong rapport with customers and collaborating with internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, your experience will include:
A minimum of 1 year working within an office based Customer Service role.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Confident use of ERP and CRM systems.
Excellent computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel.
A proactive, determined, forward‑thinking approach to tasks.
