Job Description & How to Apply Below
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an Apprenticeship Coordinator supporting Royal Signals apprentices based at Blandford Forum. You will play a key role in delivering apprenticeship inductions, carrying out learner reviews and providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to help apprentices successfully complete their qualifications.
This role offers an excellent work life balance with Monday to Friday working, generous annual leave and an extended Christmas stand down, giving you approximately two weeks off over the festive period without using your annual leave entitlement. If you enjoy developing others and want to remain part of the military community whilst passing on your knowledge and experience, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
Apprenticeship Coordinator – Royal Signals Responsibilities:
* Deliver apprenticeship inductions for Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 digital apprenticeship programmes.
* Conduct regular learner progress reviews and plan meaningful learning activities.
* Support apprentices throughout their learning journey, providing coaching, mentoring and guidance.
* Maintain accurate learner records and update e-portfolio systems.
* Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure learners successfully progress through Gateway and achieve their qualification.
* Promote learner engagement and identify any additional support requirements.
Apprenticeship Coordinator – Royal Signals Requirements:
* Ideally have served within the Royal Signals or have experience within network engineering, telecommunications or a related digital discipline.
* Previous experience delivering, coaching or assessing learners would be advantageous.
* A teaching or assessor qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Confident using digital systems and maintaining accurate learner records.
* A proactive approach with a genuine passion for supporting learner development.
Apprenticeship Coordinator – Royal Signals Benefits:
* Salary £29,288 – £32,088 depending on experience.
* Monday to Friday – 37½ hours.
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, plus an extended Christmas stand down.
* Pension scheme.
* Mobile phone and laptop.
* Perkbox membership.
* Opportunity to continue working alongside the Armed Forces and support the development of future Royal Signals personnel
