The Cambian Group is seeking a SENDCo and Designated Teacher for The Forum School and Residential Home, a 52-week residential and specialist school for young people with Autism, severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. The role centers on implementing SEND policy, coordinating provision and guiding staff and external agencies.
You will work under the headteacher to support looked-after children, ensure equality act compliance, monitor progress and manage safeguarding referral
