• Producing finished reels to the required manual and specification
• Carrying out final quality checks before goods reach the customer
• Interpreting job sheets accurately and ensuring correct labelling and sequencing
• Maintaining a high standard of finish and presentation on all completed goods
• Keeping the work area clean and organised in line with site housekeeping standards
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

As a Rewind Operative, your experience will include:

• Background in a manufacturing or production environment (e.g. Machine Operative, Machine Minder, Production Operative)
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Good problem‑solving skills and ability to use initiative.
