Venue Supervisor

Are you a ‘people person’ who is organised and calm under pressure? A natural problem solver who enjoys being part of a team and is committed to our values; being kind, inclusive, innovative and empowering? Then this role offers a great opportunity to grow your career as part of a hard-working, enthusiastic and motivated team.

This frontline customer role is part of the Venue team responsible for providing a warm welcome to artists, creatives, all visitors, and staff. You will be a hub for our busy building, providing a first port-of-call for information whilst acting as the day-to-day operational lead for the building and supporting and motivating the team.

The post will be based at our lovely venue in Bournemouth.

We want to have different ideas and perspectives and people from different backgrounds as part of our team and would love to hear from you. We welcome and actively seek applications from those currently underrepresented in our workforce and the arts community, particularly people of colour and disabled people (as defined by the Equality Act 2010).

* annualised hours: the employee receives a regular monthly salary but hours vary across the year, increasing during busy Autumn & Spring periods and decreasing during the quieter Summer & Christmas periods.
