Business Development Manager

My client is a forward thinking, innovative, award winning business experiencing unrivalled rapid growth. Due to such demand for their services we are on the hunt for a high-performing Business Development Manager to work along side the MD to grow their B2B and high net worth markets.

The ideal candidate must understand the telecoms industry and be able to quickly get up to speed on products and services.

They currently we have a number of special projects in the pipe line that require proposals to be written and costed. The right person will be able to take these over from the MD and close the deals.

Therefore candidates must have experience in writing professional proposals and other content, have the gravitas to deal with some very high profile individuals, engage at all levels and keep up with MD who is growing the business at a fast pace.

Once the successful candidate establishes themselves he/she will be able to take over the baton from the MD.

• Will have a strong understanding of the telecoms industry
• Possess fantastic sales ability
• Be able to write reports and financial analysis spreadsheets
• Have experience is customer facing environment
• Be able to work both independently as well as part of a team
• Have excellent written and oral communication

• University degree or equivalent
• Experience of business connectivity products with telecoms
• 5+ years' experience in business development and sales
• Proven track record in moving into new markets and business growth
• Full UK Driving License

Salary 22-30k is negotiable for the right person who has the drive and ambition to take the company to the next level, when the rewards will be truly fantastic!
