This position is based at our offices in Blandford in the UK and reports to the Sales Manager Hospitality UK Ireland.

About the position

The Inside Sales Representative – Hospitality UK & Ireland delivers profitable sales creation and growth, Customer liaison, administration and logistics support. The role supports the full sales process from prospecting and relationship building through to quotation, order coordination, customer support and reporting whilst collaborating with internal teams and channel partners to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality and healthcare sectors across the UK & Ireland
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, consultants, architects, contractors, purchasing groups, and other key stakeholders
  • Execute the sales strategy by managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quotations, pipeline management, negotiations and deal closure
  • Support sales forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking and the preparation of management reports
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, project progress, market opportunities, business risks and potential partnerships
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of quotations and customer orders, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and After Sales to support business objectives
  • Maintain and continuously update CRM systems, sales records, customer data, and project information to ensure reporting accuracy and visibility
  • Support dealers and customers with product enquiries, pricing, after-sales service, warranty claims, invoicing and order-related issues
  • Strong experience and capability in a sales-based environment including negotiation
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with a sales emphasis
  • Experience in the hospitality segment:
    Hotels and/or Healthcare segment
  • Customer service and sales results oriented
  • Experience in product sales, premium brands and high value USP’s
  • An understanding / experience of project management on the mid to long term sales cycle
  • Financial acumen with strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working as a single operator and reporting in a remote Management environment
