Coldstore Operative & Relief Delivery Driver - Permanent Position

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm (including Bank Holidays) with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

- variable hours
Occasional early starts (from 7:00am) may be required when covering delivery routes.

£13.20 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:
We're looking for a dependable and flexible individual to join our client's small, friendly team. As a Coldstore Operative
, youll work in a temperature-controlled environment at
-20C (full protective clothing provided), picking and preparing frozen orders. Youll also act as a Relief Delivery Driver
, stepping in to cover deliveries during staff absences.

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role that requires a strong team ethic and a willingness to support colleagues across different areas of the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Picking and preparing customer orders in our coldstore
• Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
• Safely and lawfully driving company vehicles
• Using our delivery driver mobile app and route tools (e.g., Google Maps, what3words)
• Carrying out pre-delivery vehicle inspections when required
• Supporting other departments as needed
• Respecting and maintaining customer confidentiality
