Don’t hold one of our current aircraft type ratings? That doesn’t necessarily rule you out.
As we continue to grow our engineering capability at Bournemouth, Gama Aviation is looking for experienced B1 and B2 Licensed Aircraft Engineers who are ready to develop the next stage of their career.
We’re widening our search beyond engineers who already hold type ratings on our existing fleet.
If you hold a UK CAA Part-66 B1 or B2 Licence and have strong Business Aviation maintenance experience, we’d like to hear from you – even if you don’t currently hold one of our required type ratings.
For the right individuals,
Gama Aviation will invest in the type rating training required to develop you onto our fleet.
- Type rating training for suitable engineers
- Competitive salary and excellent benefits
- Generous welcome bonus or relocation support
- Monday–Friday or 5-5-4 working patterns
- Exposure to a varied Business Aviation fleet
- Continued technical training and professional development
- Long‑term career opportunities within Gama Aviation
You’ll hold a UK CAA Part-66 Category B1 or B2 Licence
, together with relevant aircraft maintenance experience and appropriate recency.
Experience across Business Aviation jet or propeller aircraft will be considered.
So, if you’ve previously looked at our opportunities but thought “I don’t have the right type rating”, we’d encourage you to take another look.
Your current type rating doesn’t have to define your next one.(If this job is in fact in your jurisdiction, then you may be using a Proxy or VPN to access this site, and to progress further, you should change your connectivity to another mobile device or PC).
