We are looking for a committed Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant team. The successful individual will be expected to provide excellent customer assistance, help clients with questions and provide bespoke solutions to suit their needs. Responsibilities
  • Handle client queries efficiently and professionally via phone, email and live chat channels.
  • Manage client accounts, record conversations and track service requests efficiently with Salesforce.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our products and services, ensuring customers receive personalised help.
  • Analyse customer data to detect trends and suggest changes in service delivery.
  • Assist consumers with transaction processing, including payments and account adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and technical support to handle challenging issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in compliance with business policies.
  • Follow up with consumers post‑interaction to confirm satisfaction and seek input for continued development.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise utilising Salesforce or equivalent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
  • Previous expertise within financial services or comparable sectors is helpful.
  • Excellent written and vocal communication skills with the ability to professionally and clearly communicate information.
  • Strong analytical ability to analyse customer data and gain actionable insights.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage numerous projects efficiently under pressure.
  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced workplace.
  • Ability to adjust to shifting objectives and client needs.
