• Tuesday to Saturday, or
• Sunday to Thursday

Pay Rate

£12.85 per hour

Monday 7th September

Successful candidates must be available to attend a two-week training programme:

Monday to Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm

Please note:

Full attendance during training is essential, and no holidays can be taken during the first six weeks of employment.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you ll be the first point of contact for customers from around the world, providing support via phone, email and live chat.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound customer enquiries
• Assisting customers with placing orders
• Providing updates on existing orders
• Advising on promotions, offers and discounts
• Responding to questions regarding deliveries, returns and cancellations
• Resolving complaints and queries professionally and efficiently
• Delivering a positive customer experience every time

We re looking for candidates who:

• Have previous customer service experience
• Enjoy helping people and solving problems
• Are confident communicators with a friendly telephone manner
• Have good written communication and IT skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Can commit to the training period and chosen shift pattern

• School-friendly working hours

You'll initially join through Tate Recruitment on a weekly-paid timesheet basis for approximately three months. Upon successful completion, you'll transfer directly to the client as a permanent employee with no additional probation period.
